MY OWN MUSIC

I've made some little songs and vignettes over the years, find a few of them here..

• I play a solo on Slim Butler's record "Under the Influence" (2026). The track is Belly of the Beast. The album is not on streaming services so go buy a physical copy! Check reviews online if you are hesitant.

Wildland (2012)

This was originally an acoustic guitar melody. I decided to send the notes to the monosynth Anushri, where an LFO was driving oscillator sync. I put a simple delay with a lowpass filter on top.

Qmotus (2012)

An aggressive synth track inspired by The Chemical Brothers. The low end synths were originally meant to be guitar parts (think chuggy metal riffs), I double-tracked them since that tends to work well with guitars. For some reason I stuck a Mark Kermode sample on there.
